 Rom 11:33 - 12:1 (NASB)

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!  How unsearchable are His judgmentsand unfathomable His ways!  For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who became His counselor?  Or who has first given to Him that it might be paid back to Him again?  For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things.  To Him be the glory forever, Amen.  THEREFORE I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.

God is so awesome and mighty and our response to that should be to give all that we have to Him as an act of worship.  Worship isn't something we have to do - it's something we get to do!!

Ross Parsley said " Creation is wired to offer God praise"

Mark 12:30 "Love the Lord Your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength"  With ALL of us!  In Luke 19 when Jesus is entering Jerusalem - the people are shouting and praising God JOYFULLY and the Pharisees rebuke them and Jesus said "if these become silent, the stones will cry out!"  We are meant to praise, sing, shout, clap, rejoice in the Lord!

Psalm 105 : 1 - 4  Oh give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name; make known His deeds among the peoples.  Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; Speak of His wonders.  Glory in His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek the Lord be glad.  Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face continually."

"God is most glorified in us when you are most satisfied in Him" - John Piper
